Halal Awareness/Foundation Course

This basic training on Understanding Halal is important to anyone who wants to know the basics in halal. This course will cover the fundamentals of halal and haram, what halal food is all about, the halal certification and halal consumerism. Participants will learn legal aspects of halal food and the halal market.

Halal Internal Auditor Course

This course will be a good investment and beneficial for all Food processing industries quality control professionals, Halal Committee Member & Halal Officers who would like to upgrade themselves. Completion of the course will benefits participants to be a Certified Halal Internal Auditor recognized by IHIA and assist them to be able to conduct their own Halal Internal Audit.

Halal Lead Auditor/Auditor Course

IHI Alliance’s certified 5 (five) days long “Lead Auditor Training on Halal Certification System” (based on MS 1500:2009, MS 2300:2009, MS 1900:2005)

This course is developed for those who are interested in becoming a recognized Halal Lead Auditor. As a result you will be able to conduct compliance and surveillance audits in accordance with the Malaysia’s Halal standard. This module will cover several topics including fundamental principles of Shariah and its requirement, Malaysia’s Halal Standards, Halal Audit Process and procedures, preparation of halal audit checklist, value based management, and technical components related to halal production, etc.

Halal Food Safety management system lead auditor course

Halal food safety management system is the system integrated by the ISO 22000 Food Safety and the Halal 22 standard. Halal means permitted stuffs according to the Islam religion.

Auditing the food safety management system of an organization as a third party, independently and partially, is sometimes becomes very tricky and difficult. Since the performance of a full food safety management system can only be identified by audits. Identification of the system performance and identification of effectiveness requires auditors with special knowledge and skills. This course is mainly for preparing the auditors with such knowledge and skills.

Halal Logistics Awareness Training Program

The MS2400, a Halalan Toyyiban Assurance Management System, is the Malaysia Standards that stipulate operating standards and its requirements for the assurance of halal supply chain. These standards are applicable to manufacturers, transporters, logistics service providers; warehouse operators; and lastly the retail operators via its Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 Standards respectively.
